No. 35 The Terrace
This new 4 bedroom house close to the sea at Aldburgh was planned on a confined sloping site which required a contiguous piled wall basement alongside pile and ground beam foundations. Working close to other houses necessitated detailed design, justification and liaison with party wall surveyors. We also designed the site cut roof, steel frame elements and a cantilevered balcony.
